I really enjoyed the emotional development of our protagonist Kate Rosetti。 She’s finally coming to terms with what and who is most important in her life。 Meanwhile， there’s a murder to investigate and this one puts someone close to her as a prime suspect。 She has so many leads to chase down， all leading to several different suspects。 The ending will surprise you and lead you to wanting more of Kate Rossetti’s story。

Explosive！There are almost no words to describe how good this book is。 The best one yet and this time it’s very personal for Kate。 Extremely well written with a strong female lead character and fantastic supporting characters。 The author grabs your attention from the beginning and leaves you wanting more at the end。 I look forward to more in this series。 I can’t wait to see what happens next！

If you aren’t reading the Kate Rosetti series， then you need to start now！ This is the 8th in the series and they just keep getting better and better。 This one was really hard to put down！ I love the fact that Kate is so very good at her job， but so uncertain when it comes to her personal life。 She’s an easy character to like！ And if you do want to read this series， then I recommend starting with book one， Shoot the Breeze。 You will love getting to know Kate and her family and friends too！
